Consulting
Compliance work that needs a practitioner, not a platform.
Some compliance work can be systemised. Some of it needs someone who has sat on the other side of an audit and knows what “sufficient” actually looks like. I work with RTOs on the second kind.

Start here: a Snapshot
A Snapshot is a straight read on where your compliance currently sits. Not a full internal audit, just a focused look at the areas that most often cause problems, and a clear list of what to deal with first.
You get a written report you can act on yourself, or I can do the work with you from there. Either is fine.

What else I help with
If what you need isn’t on this list, ask. Most of it is variations on the same problem.
Assessment validation
Performing it, not just scheduling it. This is the single most common audit failure area.
Training and assessment strategies
Writing them, and bringing existing ones up to date.
Internal audits
The deep-dive version, where you want everything examined rather than a focused read.
Marketing and website compliance reviews
Your public claims are assessable, and they’re the easiest thing for a regulator to check without asking you.
My background is in running training businesses, not just reviewing them, so I’ll look at how compliance fits the rest of your operation rather than handing you a list that ignores it.
Compliance advice is decision support. The obligations remain yours as the registered provider, and no adviser can guarantee an audit outcome. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.
